60min Barre

45min Barre Express

  • This express class is the perfect blend of movements designed to get the most out of the 45min you’ve dedicated to yourself. It’s fast paced and packed with energy making this full body workout one you will never want to miss.

Barre Tone

  • Barre Tone is a 45min & 60min Barre class focusing on sculpting and toning targeted muscle groups. This is a no cardio class but still promises to bring the same RTB burn with evern more tiny little pulses! Zoning in on the basic RTB principles where form and technique can be perfected. The ultimately mind and muscle connection. The class is matt focused and at a slower pace compared to the normal RTB class, offering a little stretch after each section too. Perfect for newbies, RTB Moms & those wanting some diversity in their workout schedule.

Barre Strength

  • A 45 minute fusion of barre and strength training. This class combines classic barre principles with heavier weights and resistance-focused movements to build full-body strength, tone muscles, and boost endurance. Expect dynamic, low-impact sequences that challenge and sculpt. Designed to help you feel stronger, inside and out.

HIIT the Barre

  • A 45min HIIT class utilising RTB Barre principles. If it’s a high energy, cardio intense workout you are after then this class is for you! Get your heart rate up, whilst ensuring you feel that full body burn at the same time. The quickest way to increase your cardiovascular fitness level. Let’s HIIT it!

RTB Mat

  • A 50min slower, more controlled way to move. Designed to strengthen, lengthen, and reconnect you to your body. Our RTB Mat classes focus on core stability, posture, alignment, and mindful movement, using small, precise exercises to create deep, effective results. Expect low-impact, full-body work that challenges your strength while improving mobility and control. Perfect for beginners, those returning to movement, or anyone looking to complement their Barre practice with a more intentional, form-focused class.
