60min Barre: A 1hr low impact, high intensity full body workout utilising the core principles of RTB, designed to strengthen and tone all muscle groups. The perfect blend of small movements and cardio which will leave you feeling the burn and seeing that sweat!
40min Bump Barre: A class specifically catered to pregnant & postpartum ladies. This workout is also beneficial to beginners, post cover recovers, working Moms and those wanting to something less intensive mid week. This is a full body, low intensity based class with no cardio and all exercises are perfectly safe for both Mama & Baba. Please consult your Gynae to make sure you have the go ahead to exercise first.
45min Barre Express: This express class is the perfect blend of movements designed to get the most out of the 45min you’ve dedicated to yourself.
30min HIIT the Barre: If its a high energy, full body cardio blast you are after then this class is for you! Based on high intensity interval training this 30min class will get your heart rate up whilst ensuring you feel that full body burn.
