WHAT EQUIPMENT
DO I NEED?

Most of the exercises can be done with or without equipment and will be just as effective either way.

Alternative household items that can be used as equipment:

Mat

Matt or towels doubled up

Ball

Ball or a cushion or a towel rolled up

Gliders

2 gliders or dish cloths/paper plates or fluffy socks

Light weights

Light weights (preferably 1KG) or cans of food or water bottles

Ankle weights

Ankle weights (preferably 500g on each leg) or you can use hand weight behind your knee

Barre

Barre or chair or railing

Resistance band

Resistance band or stockings tied together

Theraband

Theraband or stockings tied together

Yoga Blocks

Yoga Blocks or a big book or towel rolled up
