what equipment do i need?

Most of the exercises can be done with or without equipment and will be just as effective either way.
Alternative household items that can be used as equipment:
· Mat or towels doubled up
· Light weights or cans of food or water bottles
· Resistance band or stockings tied together
· Ball or a cushion or a towel rolled up
· Ankle weights or you can use hand weight behind your knee
· Theraband or stockings tied together
· Barre or chair or railing
