Refunds, Exchanges & Shipping Policy

Refunds:

All refunds must be done within 7 days after receiving an item to request a return
To be eligible for a full refund your item must be unworn and in its original condition with all tags still attached in its full packaging
We require proof of purchase for all refunds
A courier charge of R99 will be deducted off your refund amount

Exchanges:

All exchanges must be done within 7 days after receiving an item to request a return
To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unworn and in its original condition with all tags still attached in its full packaging
We require proof of purchase for all exchanges
Once we receive your item back we will then inspect it and send you the new requested size or item
A courier charge of R99 will apply for all returns

Shipping:

A flat shipping rate of R99 will be charged to all major cities within South Africa such as Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban
All outlining areas will have an additional shipping charge or R100
Shipping times to all major cities are 2-3 working days and outlying areas will be 3-5 days.
