Refunds, Exchanges & Shipping Policy

Refunds:

• All refunds must be done within 7 days after receiving an item to request a return
• To be eligible for a full refund your item must be unworn and in its original condition with all tags still attached in its full packaging
• We require proof of purchase for all refunds
• A courier charge of R99 will be deducted off your refund amount
• To log a return simply email us at info@raisethebarre.co.za

Exchanges:

• All exchanges must be done within 7 days after receiving an item to request a return
• To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unworn and in its original condition with all tags still attached in its full packaging
• We require proof of purchase for all exchanges
• Once we receive your item back we will then inspect it and send you the new requested size or item
• A courier charge of R99 will apply for all returns
• To log an exchange simply email us at info@raisethebarre.co.za
• Please note that once a class package has been purchased it is non-refundable

Shipping:

• A flat shipping rate of R99 will be charged to all major cities within South Africa such as Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban
• All outlining areas will have an additional shipping charge or R100
• Shipping times to all major cities are 2-3 working days and outlying areas will be 3-5 days.
• Please note we do not ship internationally
