21 workouts from our professional RTB instructors Taryn Morris, Taryn Kerr, Rosanna Heydenrych, Basia Le Roux, Althea van Rensburg & Storm Barry.
On Demand 30min targeted workouts. Including Barre, Yoga & HIIT the Barre which can be done at anytime throughout the challenge

Terms & Conditions
All members are to register in order to take part in the challenge
All current members will have access to the challenge for the duration of their membership
Once your membership ends you will need to renew your existing contract or purchase the 21 day challenge pass
The challenge will be tracked on the backend according to views
The most successful member who completes the challenge & shares to social media the most will win a R2100 activewear voucher
Every member who successfully completes the challenge will win a R210 activewear voucher
Once the challenge commences on Monday 9 June the portal will be open which will display an interactive workout calendar, on each day there will be a link to a workout for you to complete
The meal plan will be available for direct download off the portal once it goes live
There will be a social media challenge tracker that will also be downloadable off the portal, members are encouraged to post on their stories to display their 21 Day Challenge progress
