It takes 21 days to form a habit and our goal is to get you to form the habit of living a healthier lifestyle by staying active and eating right.

  • On Demand 30min targeted workouts. Including Barre, Yoga & HIIT the Barre which can be done at anytime throughout the challenge
  • On Demand stretches
  • 21 Day healthy eating plan from by Imke from Simply Balanced Kitchen.
  • 24hr Whatsapp group support from instructors & nutritionist

Terms & Conditions

  • All members are to register in order to take part in the challenge
  • All current members will have access to the challenge for the duration of their membership
  • Once your membership ends you will need to renew your existing contract or purchase the 21 day challenge pass
  • The challenge will be tracked on the backend according to views 
  • The most successful member who completes the challenge & shares to social media the most will win a R2100 activewear voucher
  • Every member who successfully completes the challenge will win a R210 activewear voucher
  • Once the challenge commences on Monday 9 June the portal will be open which will display an interactive workout calendar, on each day there will be a link to a workout for you to complete
  • The meal plan will be available for direct download off the portal once it goes live
  • There will be a social media challenge tracker that will also be downloadable off the portal,  members are encouraged to post on their stories to display their 21 Day Challenge progress
